ETS specialises in educational research and assessment development, supported by strong expertise in statistics and psychometrics
In an effort to stay relevant to our customer needs worldwide, we constantly engage in efforts to enhance the delivery of our products and services. As a result, we have, naturally, developed expertise in certain key areas.
Today, ETS can claim expertise in 5 broad domains:

- Test administration and scoring
- Statistics and psychometrics
- Instructional products and services
- Educational research and development
A further area that we focus on and revisit regularly is the mapping of our tests onto the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
