This new website is, in fact, a richer and more effective version of the older ETS EMEA site. According to Benoit Thao (Chief Operating Officer, ETS Global), the driving force behind the ETS Global websites, “The old family of EMEA websites was our first attempt at creating a strong online presence, and it surpassed internal expectations. However, ETS Global as an organisation has grown and changed, and with it have changed our objectives for e-marketing, thus necessitating some essential changes in our online strategy.”
