Gerben van Lent, Executive Director, ETS Global publishes paper on e-assessment - 02/10/2008

Gerben van Lent, Executive Director of ETS Global has published a paper “Important Considerations in e-Assessment: An Educational Measurement Perspective on Identifying Items for an European Research Agenda”.  His paper is based on Friedrich Scheuermann & Angela Guimarães Pereira (Eds.) report “Towards a Research Agenda on Computer-based Assessment” published by the Joint Research Centre, European Commission.

Van Lent presented his paper in the Expert Workshop on “Quality criteria for Computer-Based Assessments of skills” held on the 29th and 30th of November in Ispra, Italy. The Expert Workshop was organised by the Joint Research Centre (JRC), the Centre for Research in Lifelong Learning (CRELL) and the Directorate General of Education and Culture of the European Commission.
