The IERI Autumn Academy 2008 will take place between November 11th and 14th, 2008 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The general day-to-day schedule will consist of presentations during the morning, and hand-on practical assignments during the afternoon.
The International Educational Research Institute IERI is a collaborative effort between the Research & Development Division at ETS and the IEA Data Processing and Research Centre, focusing on improving the science of large-scale assessments. The IERI organises and conducts training in specialised topics related to large-scale assessment. These involve inviting recognised experts in the field to conduct training seminars lasting one or more days.
