    The TOEIC® test has been included on a list issued by the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation, Romania, which recognises the test as a valid assessment of English-level certification, when English is studied as an international language during secondary education for the baccalaureate examination. ETS' TOEFL® test was already present on this list, but the inclusion of the 4-skills TOEIC test is new.
